Official Notice on Screening Schedule for Applicants Seeking Appointment to Administrative Committees of Gram Panchayats in Kakching District

NOTICE

Kakching, the 10th April, 2026

No. 20/1/2023-DC-KCG/Vol-II: In pursuance of the provisions under Section 22(1)(a)(i) read with Section 22(1)(b)(i) of the Manipur Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, applications for appointment of an Administrative Committee for each Gram Panchayat of Kakching District as per the prescribed form were invited vide this Office Notice No. 20/01/2023-DC-KCG/Vol-II/855 dated 25th March, 2026.

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that all applicants/applications shall be screened by a Committee constituted vide order dated 25/02/2026 as per schedule below:

Venue & Schedule:

• Kakching CD Block
  
  Venue: DC Conference Hall, DC Office, Kakching
  
  Date & Time: 15th April, 2026 (11:00 AM to 02:30 PM)
• Langmeidong CD Block
  
  Venue: NIC Conference Hall, DC Office, Kakching
  
  Date & Time: 15th April, 2026 (11:00 AM to 02:30 PM)

Important Instruction:

All applicants shall appear in person before the Screening Committee along with all relevant documents at the scheduled time and venue.

If any applicant fails to appear, his/her application will be deemed rejected and shall not be considered.
