Notice Regarding Mandatory Property Tax Clearance and SWM Enrolment for Issuance of Certificates

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kakching District, has issued a notice directing all concerned officers to ensure that applicants residing within Kakching Municipal Council (KMC), Kakching Khunou Municipal Council (KKMC), and Sugnu Municipal Council (SMC) produce a valid Property Tax Payment Receipt/Property Tax Clearance Certificate and proof of enrollment under the Solid Waste Management (SWM) System before any certificates are processed or issued. The notice comes into effect immediately and remains valid until further orders.
